Rachel Lipinski

Rachel Lipinski is a seasoned product leader at Nike Inc., based in Portland, Oregon, with over a decade of experience in apparel and accessories. Since December 2020, she has served as the Director for Nike Bags within the Accessories division, where she implemented a successful Bags Strategy that has driven significant double and triple-digit growth for a billion-dollar business. Rachel was also instrumental in establishing the Nike X LEGO partnership, delivering innovative products that engage consumers in new ways.

Previously, she held key roles such as Director of Global Product Retail Experience for Bra’s and Leggings, focusing on creating profitable retail experiences. As Senior Product Line Manager for Nike Kids Apparel, she spearheaded double-digit growth for the Boys’ Apparel business and launched the Nike Kids Inclusive Line, generating a $500 million market opportunity.

Rachel began her career at Nike in 2011 as an Associate Product Line Manager and quickly rose through the ranks. A notable achievement includes revitalizing the Women’s Training category as Product Line Manager for Nike Pro Apparel, where she created the award-winning Nike Pro Hijab, recognized by Time Magazine as one of the Top 25 Best Inventions of 2017.

Rachel holds a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing and International Business from the University of Tennessee, complemented by international studies at University Cork College in Ireland. Outside of work, she is involved in mentorship programs and serves as a DECA business judge. An avid horseback rider, she has competed competitively since 2004.

Rachel’s leadership style emphasizes positivity, clarity, and empathy, fostering high-performing teams and driving sustainable success. As a member of the Women’s Of Product Leadership Team, she continues to advocate for inclusivity and innovation in the community.
