Tracy Speelhoffer
Tracy is the Director of Operations and Development for GSE. She has worked in operations roles throughout her career, starting as an officer in the Coast Guard upon graduation from the US Coast Guard Academy with a Bachelor’s in Management. She earned her MBA from the College of William and Mary and worked in the animal welfare field for both a national organization and a local shelter before moving into higher education and working as Assistant Director of Operations for Oregon State University’s College of Business. She enjoys using operations-based solutions to help organizations grow and thrive, and is passionate about cultivating healthy, positive work environments. When not working, Tracy and her husband Mike enjoy taking their dog, Connor, on adventures and supporting their various sports teams, usually with their cat, Bert, on someone’s lap.
